We went to the doctor's office this week to do an ultrasound and to finally put to rest the question, whose baby is it! Wait, I mean the question about the gender. The first question will be answered after the birth through a swab of the babies mouth. It's complicated but I do believe I will be victorious (if you haven't noticed already, this is Seth. Shayla doesn't write such stupid nonsense).
The doctor said that he was pretty sure it was a girl since he saw nothing to convince him otherwise. I'm not counting my chickens before their hatched just yet. I sensed a little hesitance in his voice. When I told Ian that the image he was seeing on the tv screen was his little sister he aksed me, "but where is my baby brother in mama's tummy?" He wanted a brother.

I agree with Janna. You look beautiful as ever. I don't see weight gain except that bundle of joy. Sorry to hear you haven't been feeling well. Janna didn't know, but what made you change to a blogger blog?

I changed to blogger because it took too long to download the pictures on our mac account blog, and I was getting really sick of trying to post new blogs when I knew it would take forever to get the pics up.

As to the question, am I still running, my reply is minimally. I had great hopes of running a 10k during this pregnancy, but a combination of feeling really sick for an extended period and the crazy Braxton Hicks contractions that I get, I've had to cut back to run/walking. I did run 4 miles a few days ago, but I think that will be the last time---it's just too uncomfortable at this point. But I do want to go to the rose bowl while I'm visiting over Christmas. We should go run/walk that sucker together!!!

Maury does those kind of tests for free, but it may only be free for black people. I'm not sure if that has changed now that Obama is set to be president.

p.s. I don't run anymore because of Braxton Hicks also.

You're a goober. Are you the one who taught Katie to bend her leg like that when posing for a picture Seth? I've seen you do that pose quite a few times come to think of it. ~Janae

Yeah Shay lets go run/walk together Ha ha. I am serious, I would be so embarrased to have a pregnant woman show me up. I should start running now just to hold my own and not puke after 40 paces. Can't wait.

Katie is a natural picture-taking talent, what can we say!! (funny, I hadn't even noticed her leg until you mentioned it, lol : )

Congrats! I finally saw your notice that you weren't doing your old blog. When are you due? What are you up to? Still in McAllen, TX?

We are in Orem, UT. We bought a house and I'm working full-time and trying to finish school. Tough combo but trying non-the-less.

Happy Holidays.
